I’ve known Lindsay for about a year now, we met on instagram (where else do people even meet these days though?? LOL!), so we often shoot the shit about social media stuff. one joke we have had going for awhile was this idea to get a photo of Prairie on the famous bed at Casa Joshua Tree (which is Lindsay’s super amazing house that she rents out on Airbnb). we figured a combo of Prairie’s cuteness with Lindsay’s gorgeous bed was sure to BREAK DA INTERNETS. so when we over there last week crafting wreaths from foraged desert greenery, we finally took the opportunity to make our dream happen! after all, Prairie isn’t getting any younger, so I gotta get all the baby pics in while I can!

Prairie’s little party dress is the Telegraph Ave Limited Edition Fit & Flare Dress in Rose via Ziraffe. Telegraph Ave is designed and made ethically in San Franscisco, and Ziraffe is an adorably curated children’s store I was recently introduced to by my sister, who’s daughter goes to preschool with one of the owner’s daughters! small world! anyways, my family never actually go to any parties, so Prairie wore her party dress on Thanksgiving, and she’ll probably wear it again on Christmas and New Year’s too!

and since we were already there, I had to get a few shots in my fav corner of the Casa! if I made a Christmas card, one these pics would TOTALLY be on there, so consider this my virtual holiday card to you guys, just sayin …

Prairie is wearing tights that were hand dyed by mama maker Sawyer and Halle, and her Scout moccasins are vegetable-tanned (aka eco-friendly and allergen free) leather handmade by Little Pine Outfitters.

Prairie’s cutie pom pom clip is by another of my very favs, Atelier Pom Pom (she also makes incredibly rad wall hangings). I got this clip via hip eco-boutique Noble Carriage.
well if you haven’t noticed by now– this whole post was basically just an excuse to show off lots of cute baby pics and give a shout out to some of my favorite shops and one of my favorite spots too! So if you made it this far, consider me very thankful! I sure appreciate you putting up with my ramblings and I hope that you and your family have wonderful holidays and a happy New Year too! xo
